- Per child/day up to 2 years of age in the bedroom of the parents with cot: € 18.- 

- Visitor's tax 2026 € 2,10 per person (from 14 years of age) and overnight stay (2027 ?)

- Dogs are welcome - per dog without food € 12.- (bring your own dogbed)

- Cleaning from €90.- to € 100.- depending on the size of the apartment

- We charge the price of the high season also outside the high season if the duration of your stay is less than 4 days

Standard terms and conditions

  • Our house is open all year around
  • please understand, that we ask for a booking confirmation (deposit) amounting 30 % of the total sum. The deposit will be retained as compensation, if the service has not been claimed.  
  • Consumer Protection: Please refer to the statutory provision, Article 45-67 of the italian consumer protection codex GvD 206/2005.
  • Cancellation in writting: up to 90 days prior to the planned arrival  to arrival we will withhold 70 % of the expenses for the overnight accommodation and within the last 30 days, we will withhold 100 % of the expenses for the overnight accommodation.
  • Therefore, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
  • In the case of late arrival and early departure, the full price of the booked stay will be charged. 
  • payment: Bank Transfer, cash payment only up to Euro 999.- 
  • Arrival and departure: the apartments are available from 17.00pm on the day of arrival .  
  • We kindly request that the apartments be vacated by 09.30am on the day of departure
  • Taxi service to and from the nearest train and bus stations on the days of arrival and departure.
