FAIR PRICES for EVERY GUEST

- Deduction per day/child up to 12 years € 5.-  (13.01.25 until 31.05.25  / 

- Per day/child/with breakfast in the parents bedroom, without cot up to 2 years of age € 25.-

- Per day/child/with breakfast in the parents bedroom on a pull-out bed up to 12 years of age € 42.-

- Visitor's tax 2025: per person/day € 2,10.- ( from 14 years of age)

- if the duration of your stay is less than 4 days, 10 % surcharge

- Dogs are welcome - per dog without food € 12.- (bring your own dogbed)

• Our house is open all year around
• please understand, that we ask for a booking confirmation (deposit) amounting 30% of the total sum. The deposit will be retained as compensation, if the service has not been claimed.  
• Consumer Protection: Please refer to the statutory provision, Article 45-67 of the italian consumer protection codex GvD 206/2005.
• cancellations. only written, up to 90 days prior to arrival we will withhold 50 % of the expenses for the overnight accommodation and within the last 30 days, we will withhold 100 % of the expenses for the overnight accommodation.
• Therefore, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
• In the case of late arrival and early departure, the full price of the booked stay will be charged. 
• payment: we prefer bank transfer, cash payment only up to Euro 999.-
• Arrival and departure: the apartments are available from 17.00pm on the day of arrival .  
• We kindly request that the apartments be vacated by 09.30 am on the day of departure
• service to and from the nearest train and bus stations on the days of arrival and departure.
